The color of the light emanating from LED bulbs can also change over the years, but this is so gradual that most property owners do get used to it.
Bulbs used in outdoor LED lighting need to be of the variety that is suited to outdoor use, as these may have slightly different standards of manufacturing for them, so that they have the required resistance to inclement weather and other conditions that such bulbs will have to face. Fixtures used to house such bulbs must be properly waterproof to prevent any short circuit from rain water causing the bulbs to malfunction.
